I'm using Intel Core i5-4460 CPU, MSI B85-G43 Gaming motherboard and MSI Radeon R9 270 graphics card (tried also integrated graphics, still the same). 13:54:58 +0100 Failure Drivers Failure panic during wake due to PEG0(),EHC1(EHC1),SAT0(AppleIntelPchSeriesAHCI): 13:03:47 +0100 Failure Drivers Failure panic during wake due to PEG0(),EHC2(EHC2),EHC1(EHC1),SAT0(AppleIntelPchSeriesAHCI): System model name: iMac14,2 (Mac-27ADBB7B4CEE8E61) Panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff801b99caf4): launchd exited (signal 8, exit status 0 ) \System\Library\Extensions\IONetworkingFamily.kext I'm using UniBootX Clover bootloader (from Polish forum). Then I generated PM using ssdtPRGen script and tried to sleep and wake up - still the same. I reinstalled OS yesterday, hoping that it would solve this problem.

After logging into OS I see a message saying that computer has rebooted because of a problem. But when I wake up my computer, it restarts.

OS X can go to sleep mode without any problems (it takes some time, about 40 seconds, but that doesn't matter).
